Why won’t my device connect to the WiFi network?

Make sure that the password is correct and check the LED on the Access Point to ensure it is solid green. If you are far away from an Access Point, try moving closer. If your device will still not connect contact us at 1-800-4-DEWALT or wifi@dewalt.com.
